I’m proudly took a day off on last working day ~ the 30.12.2025. On top of that, left my laptop in the office! #For the first time in 5 years. My shoulder feels so relax not to have to carry it. Thank you for the 2025, colleagues 🙂

A glimpse of a Belohnung for 261 days of hard work, Nordwest presented their annual Christmas Party 😀 sponsored by Monicita’s Tequila, and her “komm, andale andale” slogan.
Regarding the food choice itself, it’s deutlich weniger, they must have chosen the Sparplan. Not complaining, purely serve as #Zur Kenntnis genommen.
Moving on to the dance floor. For some reason, I braved myself to go right on the first row, have never done it previously. Was there with Sharin, Monicita, Katrina and Axel.
All of the sudden, Sharin turn me around, pushed me while giving my hand to the lead singer, while shouting “hier“. Next thing I knew, he grabbed + pulled me = I was on the Bühne… Oh WOW, how… didn’t even catch if he asked something. They were laughing their ass off right below me. It was a full 02:30 Minutes song, I was pleading, please please do not ask or give me the mic because I don’t know this song!
What a party, Dominik picked me up at 00:45, my back + clothes + hair TODOS was sweating #Two hours pure dancing, my feet was sore. Monicita also agrees that this Party is way more fun than last one.
I was very confident, gave it all in, enjoyed while it last 🙂

Julia & Holger told me in the past sometime Nordwest gave away VIP Tickets for BVB for free and many people answered the Email within seconds. That very email came, skimmed ~ to whom I should replied, directly wrote: iccchhhhhh. They only have 4 tickets and Im one of them who got it! #抢票 My colleagues Robinhood + CB knew it already, for sure I’ll be the one who react to those kind of freebies Email in a heartbeat 😉
Moritz contacted me saying he also one of the four, the other two was Kathrin and Ann-Christin. He texted “What time we should meet?” I replied with new question “When does the buffet open? I’ll come at that exact hour”. We arrived to a big hall shortly before 15:30 after taking a couple of wrong turns, it’s all paid up. The hall consist of buffet after buffet after buffet, some rich companies has their own block, while we were just looking for the empty table.
So far I have eaten some bites from their Hauptmenu + Vorspeise + Nachtisch + Aperol before the game starts. Moritz asked if I want to come out to the field because they will announce all the names of the player? ~ Nope. Also if I see the other two colleagues? ~ Still a no. I’m fully concentrated here, if he wants he can go whereas I’m keeping the seat 😉 On the Halbzeit I ate two sausages, small ice cream and a Radler.
On one corner, there are a bunch of people wore special Trikot Hummels.
Moritz: “Those must be a families or friends from Hummels, could be that he will meet them”
Me: “you gotta tell me so I can run and ask for photo!”
Moritz: “ah thats the girlfriend of Hummels”
damn right I made it so obvious!
Some people came for the game, I got my priority straight: food and Promi Hunting. This might be the only chance I got 😉
I can’t recognize if there are famous person or not, to me they all looks normal. If a celebrity in Indonesia you knew it immediately due to bodyguard and the way they behaved. But here in Germany, they dont really have personals who walks around them. In the end, they are just normal people with very much of money hahaha
My impressions about my perhaps one and only VIP Experience: you have a wifi connection! whattt??!! + those seats are way more comfortable + toilets smells nice + unstoppable food and drinks, they will come to you if they see you without one. Do I able to see players? unfortunately still a no, they are still very very small but I can see the goal clearly though 😉
My former Boss in Shanghai visited Germany for a business trip, obviously he planned to come to Nordwest, he is a very nice guy ~ always positive vibe, try to understand from other point of view und und und. I’m looking forward to meet him again, after all those years.
Unfortunately his trip needed to cut short because his backpack was stolen on the train. What’s in there? all of his most important stuff: Passports, iPad, MacBook, Wallet with all bank + ID cards. The thief managed to use his card to eat at McD for 18 Euros.
My heart sank the moment he texted me, I said to him: You know what I will pray so whoever did it, he / she will loose much worse than what they stole it from you. He was already laughing about it but I’m not. I am so full of revenge. That revenge lasted for a full week then I sensed something wrong…. let’s shift the prayer focus to Alvin! Hoping he will get much more than he lost 🙂

One not fine afternoon ~ full of work, yet Arbeitslos is not an option haha #Realistic, got a phone call from Hainka informing me about Bomb-Evakuierung… he said the radius exactly ended on my street, hmmm OK at the same time not OK because I was clueless… should I wait until the Police come to my apartment and ask for me to move somewhere for couple of hours? or better I remove myself? Never had this experience before… well… there’s first time for everything 😉
Who am I surrounded with? Sophie is wayyyyy to close…. Monicita is a safer option! Called her immediately. After disscussing the logistics, I decided to get out from the house: pronto. She said to pack my important stuff + clothes as if you want to stay overnight. Got it! What I consider as vital? My education certificates ~ crucial for applying new job elsewhere, DE paperwork ~ prove I’m legal, Passport ~ if everything goes South, still can go back home, hard disk ~ my well of memories. What did I forget? Money + Bank card haha #Facepalm. .
Once I got out from my apartment around 15:30 ish, saw a father carried a backpack with his son in tricycle… ah yes, seems everyone got this info. Arrived at Monicita right before she need to leave her place to bring her daughter for Capoiera class, if not mistaken.
I continued my work with majestic Coco in front of me while she aufräumt.
At 16:00 they started the evacuation progress, I guess around 18:30 they started to defuse the bomb, within two hours they managed it! Yeayyyy my area is safe again #Greatful!
We did a lot within few hours! went gassi accompanied by gossiping; reach wayyyyy advanced connection with Coco by hugging him #Tabitha would be so proud of me; played a game called… had no idea, I thought it’s the stupidest game ever haha something with adding numbers until at least 30 to start the game pffff lost it all the time; dinner #Pimientos! thank you so much guys for letting me eat your supplies 😀 finally being sent back home with Kuki in the car. Not gonna say suddenly become an animal lover but at least I wasn’t sooo paranoid as before #Improvement.

Our boss always inviting his team for a BBQ at his house once a year in September. That’s when one of our colleague ~ Christina initiated a Party Weekend in Willingen. It’s all sounds very interesting, never been there nor knew about it.
October came with realistic date that our Party Weekend will be in March 2025, November was the time where we all booked our hotel. I kept thinking to myself, Willingen is less than 2 hours away yet we booked the hotel as if it’s an Ausland Trip haha. To my surprise, the hotel where most Nordwestler stays are already full. How come?
Last weekend in March it was, 28-31.03. Being picked up at 14:45 ish arrived at around 16:30. We five: CB, Robinhood, Haribow, Monicita and I stayed at B&B Hotels. Went to Rewe, CB was very smart he said, let’s take the car eventhough it was only 200 meters as none of us want to schleppt it. Afterwards we walked to our Restaurant for dinner, following a romantic way of a young “couple” whom we saw at Rewe #Stalker!
Their appetizer was rather a what the hell experience, food wasn’t I expected but acceptable. First club of the day is called Vis A Vis. Entrance 5 Euro only cash, both place and dance floor is small. Me and CB need to change our position to avoid me being knocked out in the head from some people who were dancing as if they were in the Halle. Me and Monicita went back at around 23:00, it was more than enough for me, CB couldn’t let us walk by ourselves so he accompanied us. Milena said “you can book a Taxi” no way man, we are ~ well I am #OnBudget 😉
After breakfast we were chilling until it was time to meet up at 12 AM in front of the Sailbahn. Didn’t get place in Siggi’s Hütte therefore we stayed outside all the time, from 12-16:00. Thank’s God they closed at 16:00 or else they will still there. Cost up of Sailbahn is 9,50 Euro #You can really walk honestly.
While all other people drinking, me and Tanja were playing on the Spielplatz, visiting the “observation deck”, ate Bratwurst 4,50 Euro. People, bring cash! Without her, I couldn’t even buy anything. Later Monicita also wants to go to the Spielplatz, our final act were doing frog observation. At last walked down, took opportunity to play with some snows left, chill a bit at hotel while watching Gefragt Gejagt.
Moving on to Pörtner room, have Sekt, had dinner with Monicita alone. Evening arrives, proceed to second club: Brauhaus, entrance 6 Euro plus locker 2 Euro. I like this club way more than Vis A Vis, we have enough place to breath. Wanted to go back but after everything has been paid to enter this club, I said to Monicita “Wir haben es schon bezahlt, muss ja durch!” this became our Mantra 😀
Last day, only frühstücken before ab nach Hause #Hourray!
How does it feels like? As a non-drinker, it’s too much, we do nothing other than drinking. Probably better if we have some sightseeings activities. In my view, you can always drink everywhere, no need to specifically dedicated weekend in Willingen. Overall experience? only Good to Erleben aber nix für mich.
It was indeed a good time with my colleagues, gar keine Frage, it’s not a cheap holiday yet to spent time with them, thinking it would be my first & last, from the bottom of my heart: totally worth it.
