Push October

BINGO! I used all my 8 days home office this month 🙂

Why you think it’s important to do so? Well, it’s related to the Yin & Yang of office drama. A while ago, our regulation of 5 days home office + 2 flexi days changed to 5 days home office + 1 flexi days. Due to *according to the statistic, not everyone using the total of 7 days. Woah! let me tell you, it lead to a never ending complaint. The process took so long until some of really good person left the company. Only then they “click” on what they should do. Now they offer us 8 days home office which imo is totally enough 🙂

Although I live 2 metro stations away from the office… in theory I am the least person who need 8 days home office. In practice, I feel the Yin spirits when they took it away. A colleague of mine says I really must use it or else the argument will be repeated. Rest assured, ain’t gonna happen!

Sometimes when you’re being pushed, you don’t like it? gotta push back, press press press that’s how we got our 8 days now and how I plan to continue my bingo home office strikes! They fought so much for this, won’t let them down! #Fighter

The what supposed to be a Yin has changed to Yang now.

Then I have my own Yang, uwwooo what happened?

Oopps I did it again! There is an Email from our Vorstand about 2 tickets to Abenteuerland – Musical in Düsseldorf on Friday the 27th October. Once I read it, it was already half an hour ago. I was skeptical if I will get it… yet I decided to try my luck anyway. I read it more than once to understand the last sentence which I need to give some money for the ticket but I genuinely forgot to write when I replied the Email. I didn’t get any answer until I’m off work. The next day is the Friday for the Abenteuerland show, who got it? Me! haha

I told PV I am the one who will go with our Vorstand one more time, he replied:

  • I was about to forward the email to you but you do know this time is not for free right?
  • Yes I know, I read that sentence many times, nevertheless it was never the intention for us to pay the ticket price, its intended to be a donation to his Handball club.
  • Yes trotzdem I don’t know how much I will give.
  • You don’t know? I know exactly how much I will give 😉
  • How much?
  • Not gonna be more than 50 Euro, the least it will be 37 Euro.

Monica joined the conversation asking if I know who is PUR? The hell I need to know? It’s an official Angebot, take it while you can! Then I got a called from his secretary, came to his office to pick up the ticket. He said “you always have time right?” oh yes! we will be there at 18:30. I said to him I’ll come with DB Bahn so I don’t know exactly when will I arrive but it should be around that time too.

Back to my Platz, showed the ticket to PV and Monica. They asked how much will I give? “37,40 Euro” said it proudly, exactly 100 Euro less from the ticket price 🙂 PV said aren’t we suppose to pay like half of the ticket price at least? No way man! Don’t like it, then increase my salary 😉 #As easy as it goes

Let’s get ready for the show!

Ofc I didn’t calculate it will delay for one hour! I was so peinlich and tut mir echt leid!

I need to wait until first scene finished to enter the Theatre, at first I sit not on my seat as I don’t want to walk through all the people. First stage is done, break for 20 minutes, this when I met Vorstand und co 🙂

It was a nice show, although I don’t know all the lyrics while Vorstand und co know it auswendig, I can only read the story line. It was a nice evening, hey I got it for less price, what can I complaint?

I’m glad I’m the one who got the ticket. I do believe the reason I got it is because the Germans won’t pay it too hahaha in the end we are all the same hey? #The Arts is on the saving! by Jimmy O’ Yang.

What a nice conclusion to the office Yin & Yang. Sometimes you really need to push until the Yin changes to Yang 😉
