Up until August, I haven’t run in West Bund, not for once! there were many excuses like the weather was rainy, too hot etc and in order to force myself to do that I bought the sports gear… well, actually it a sports shorts. If I have it then I need to wear it and then I’ll run, that’s the theory. How about the practical then? haha I texted my running buddy- as I don’t have anyone to run and can bear with my tempo- Miguel 😉 I texted him saying “Miguel! I just bought my pink shorts we need to run with it at least I need to wear it once!” and to my surprise his response was “I have pink shorts too!” #shocked but I like it 😉 and I said “Well then let’s wear it to archery!”
When my taobao arrived, I opened my pink shorts directly and turns out it is not pink, it’s more pale pink #facepalm while Miguel’s neon pink and he said “the joke wont work because mine wasn’t pink” but he carried his pink shorts anyway 🙂
When we arrived at Cages, Gordy has a pink tape! and we both used it up, to be honest, Gordy doesn’t have much pink tape left so it’s wasn’t me or Miguel that finished his tape but Miguel said “wait, I need to save my face by putting a black tape for him” but I have a yellow tape so I gave I think 1m of yellow tape to him, it’s too much, I should have gave him less…
Apparently, Miguel got more compliments and attention than I do 😉 but at least we were complete right? same archery shirt, “supposedly” same pink shorts and pink tape, like it! can you spot the difference between Marlyn and Miguel?

Then, on Tuesday I had my pole dance class, from the 8 spots open fortunately only me the one that able to go to class and the teacher name was Marina! HA! another pair of M! We did Pole Basic Skill and after that Pole Flow but nobody enroll for pole flow so we can use the studio longer! Yeay!
We ran around the studio, crawled, backward crawled, warm up, abs exercise, I already tired before we started the class hahaha she taught me how to climb, do the fireman sliding- btw this fireman sliding is really not easy because your knee should grabbed the pole, not too deep but just exact on your knee bones and man that is hurts, then backward sliding, wave and sitting on the pole-this require the combination strength of your ankle and thighs wohoo! burn!
What I like the most is when the class is almost end we tried with non-static pole and it was easier! I like it so much you just put a bit of force and you already spinning around and around 😉 and I like the video also! Here I present the M&M 🙂
Before we did on the non-static pole, we did the dance on the static pole and my hand gripped is always sweaty and I need to put some chalk on it, cleaned the pole with vodka, I even wear the knee protection as the crawling on the floor is hurting my knee hahaha all protection checked!
Rolling to Sunday again and this time we will use my yellow tape so we need a yellow color! I had my yellow shirts but I think I already gave it away so I need to borrowed my friend’s yellow, Miguel has his neon yellow shorts and shoes so he’s checked already. It’s good that Arana has neon yellow tank top that I can borrow we wanted to meet on Saturday but then typhoon was here so we meet on Sunday when she gave it to me she asked “is it the correct color?” and YES it is! Miguel also want to have a yellow head band, I asked Arana and she said she only have orange head band and I said no and she said “SO HARD TO PLEASE Marlyn” ahahaha look what you’ve done Miguel 😉
I arrived almost at the same time with Miguel and from the distance I saw a guy wearing neon shorts and shoes and it should be him! I called his name and yes it’s him but he’s wearing white shirts! before I can say anything he said “I got my black shirt, relax” haha as if he already know that I would freak out if he didn’t bring his black shirts 😀 but his black shirt was arrrchery black and camouflage black and I said “but Miguel it’s not all black” 🙁 then I met Gordy, he was wearing blue and I ask if he has full black shirt for Miguel and he said “I have black shirt, it’s black enough so deal with that” #facepalm
We were very shining on Sunday! Look at us, you can see us from the distance 🙂

Another pair of M also formed on Sunday evening, it’s Me and Marina- my “mom” Marina 😉 we walked a very handsome, friendly and big doggo, Khan! I met Marina in front of Brut Eatery and I kept looking to the left and right to see her with big doggo and since it was dark as we met around 6:40 ish, I saw a girl walked with a dog, I was about to scream “Marina” but then the dog is smaller than Khan so nope that’s not my pair of M. Then I saw my real pair of M with big doggo!
It’s really hard to take selfie with Khan because he always want to licks our faces mwahaha but he’s still the cutest!! and here we are another pair of M with doggo *guk guk or should I say *woof wooof

On a fine day, I realized that my yellow tape somehow getting smaller and smaller, it is not 5m anymore probably only 2m, but I still have a new 5m of green tape! and I reported the tape situation to Captain Seamen and his response was “let’s get a green shorts” aye aye Captain! Unfortunately Captain Seamen’s first man was sick so they will rock on those green shorts other time 😉
This is so fun! I like to do twinset and what a coincidence that our names started from M, I like it! 😉
